About Me

Hi, my name is Mircea Bosinceanu.
I am 26 years old, born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, until the age of 14.

For the past 12 years, I have been living abroad in Switzerland, where I graduated at the top of my class from the Economic School in Zurich.

After graduation, I decided to work as an accountant, and today I find myself back in my hometown, Bucharest.

In 2012 I left for Switzerland because my family decided to restructure.

By restructuring, I mean divorcing.

Making the decision to leave for Switzerland was easy.

You see, I never felt truly connected to anything while living in Bucharest, Romania.

The family atmosphere, school, and friendships were quite nonexistent for me.

I was so fed up with everything around me.

The only person I considered family was my mom, and she has consistently proven that to me, time and time again, even to this day.

Now that I’m back in Bucharest, Romania, I’m trying to pick up where I left off with the rest of my family and see what kind of relationships I can rebuild.

Despite all the challenges I faced, I never went to therapy.

I confronted my problems head-on. Looking back, it wasn’t easy by any means.

There were times I thought I wouldn't make it. I felt lonely, but I wasn’t truly alone— I thank God I had my mom.

Surrounded by negativity, toxicity, pressure, solitude, and stress not only in Romania but also in Switzerland.

Not only in my everyday life but also at school and around family.

While in Switzerland, some of the family-related toxicity faded, but new challenges emerged, and others intensified as a result of moving to a foreign country.

I found refuge at a young age in self improvement, various hobbies and especially basketball.

As a result of my dedication, I was gifted by God a great opportunity to inspire some of the youth along the way.

And now, the youth are inspiring other young athletes themselves.

They have also developed into better players than I ever was.

You see, I was SO DETERMINED to see myself play in the NBA.

That dedication turned into an obsession.
I poured my heart and soul into this game, even though all the odds were against me.

I lacked the right guidance, and my parents weren’t fully invested in my plan.

I navigated my way through the storm
on my own.

The plan, the dream—it was something I never wanted to let go of.

I couldn’t picture myself doing anything else but to play in the NBA.

It was all I wanted, and deep down, I knew I was going to make it. That feeling was indescribable.

Back then, I wished I had the right guidance—someone as dedicated as I was.

I had people telling me I’d never make it, that I should give up, that my dreams were too big.

But, unfortunately for them, I made it.

You see, I don’t need anyone’s approval to know I’ve succeeded. That’s how much I’ve worked on myself and the way I see reality today.

That’s why I created this program—to provide the guidance and support I wished I had from my parents, friends, and coaches.
